Welcome to Mr. Blackmon’s class! In 6th grade Social Studies we will explore the cultural regions of the world one at a time through the lens of S.C.A.P.E. (Setting, Culture, About the history, Politics, and Economics). In 7th Grade Social Studies we will explore the history of the great state of Texas from its earliest days to the present, covering twelve distinct eras. It’s going to be a great year!
