About Ms. Stinnett

My name is Ms. Stinnett, and this is my 7th year teaching and my 11th year working in our school district. I’m proud to be a graduate of Deer Park High School and a Former Fawn, and I love continuing to serve the community where I grew up. I have a deep love for teaching reading because it allows for creativity, imagination, and meaningful connections with students. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming classroom where every student feels valued and inspired to develop a lifelong love of learning.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places, and embracing adventure—I’m never afraid to try something new! I also find peace and joy in the great outdoors, especially relaxing at the Frio River or spending time at the lake, where I can enjoy the stillness and beauty of nature.

I am excited for an amazing year ahead—one filled with engaging learning, creativity, and fun for every student!
