Welcome to 8th Grade ELA

My name is Mrs. Grant, and this is my 18th year as a teacher in Deer Park. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sam Houston State University in 2005, and I've been teaching ELA ever since. When I'm not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family and friends and watching my daughter play softball. I LOVE to read and hope to encourage the same love of reading in ALL of my students.
